Neuropsychological Evaluations
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations
If you're uncertain about which condition may need treatment, or if you believe your child or loved one may have multiple conditions, a comprehensive evaluation can provide clarity. Our team takes a compassionate and inclusive approach, recognizing and celebrating the unique experiences and strengths of each individual.
A comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation involves gathering information about a person's unique development, including their background, behavioral observations, and neuropsychological tests, to clarify diagnoses and plan for personalized treatment. The process includes a clinical interview, a detailed analysis of a person's behavior in different settings, and the administration of neuropsychological tasks. We use a person-centered approach to care, working collaboratively with each individual to ensure that they feel supported, valued, and heard throughout the evaluation process.
Targeted Neuropsychological Evaluations
We offer Targeted Neuropsychological Evaluations for children and adults who may have concerns about their learning, attention, or behavior. Our approach is rooted in compassion and a commitment to helping you or your child reach full potential. We will work with you to verify previous diagnoses and treatments, or provide new ones if needed, to develop a personalized and targeted treatment plan that addresses your specific area of concern.
Our Targeted Neuropsychological Evaluations focus on one specific area of concern, such as Learning Disability (LD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD and Executive Functioning, Gifted Assessment, School Admissions, Concussion, or Return to Play/Learn interventions. We use a compassionate and evidence-based approach to clarify diagnoses and develop targeted treatment plans that will help you or your child thrive.
Some individuals may not be ready to move forward with a comprehensive evaluation or want answers to targeted questions, this form of evaluation is offered with specific tests selected to answer the most pressing issues. However, if you believe that you or your child struggles in more than one area, it is important to consider a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation.
Targeted Neuropsychological Evaluations typically have a duration of 3 to 8 hours.
